start small, think big.

it's always hard getting back into running after a long break.  i delayed my training for two weeks because i couldn't stop hitting the snooze button, but now that i finally made it out the front door... i feel the excitement and energy after every run.  i am getting closer and closer to my goal.

    And although I don't even run a fraction of what you do, I know the feeling. I'm so glad my runner's high still comes back once I get my booty in gear. I was afraid I was going to lose my passion! xo
