we took a trip to Tahoe this past weekend to see my dear friend, jen.  had a wonderful time playing in the snow and hitting the casinos.

My heart and prayers go out to Japan.  I still can't seem to wrap my head around the horrible events that have taken place.   

All the troubles in my life seem so small, so minor, compared to what is going on there… 

I hope the living are safe, the missing are found, and the dead are at peace.
