shrimp & feta cheese pasta.
i made this pasta tonight. simple recipe, simply dEEE-lish!
Serving for 2
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 box of linguine pasta
1 tomato, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons of fresh chopped basil
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Cook shrimp in a medium skillet w/ 2 tablespoons of olive oil and minced garlic for 5 minutes.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
While pasta is cooking, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil, oregano and fresh basil over medium heat until tender, 10 minutes.
Mix hot pasta with shrimp, chopped tomato, herb mixture and feta
