simple.


shrimp & feta cheese pasta.

i made this pasta tonight.  simple recipe, simply dEEE-lish!


  • Serving for 2

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 box of linguine pasta
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped basil
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese




  • Cook shrimp in a medium skillet w/ 2 tablespoons of olive oil and minced garlic for 5 minutes. 

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.  Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.

  • While pasta is cooking, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil, oregano and fresh basil over medium heat until tender, 10 minutes.

  • Mix hot pasta with shrimp, chopped tomato, herb mixture and feta
