priorities.

the reason i neglect my blog - my work computer!  
focusing on my priorities.  work. work. work.  

our firm has been going through some transitions over the past month and a half, some reorganizing, which is requiring me to wear multiple hats.  i'm trying to embrace the new responsibilities, but at times i just feel overwhelmed - like i'm taking crazy pills.

Soup from Whole Foods is the only thing getting me through today. 

It's raining in Cali.  Really?!  I can’t believe this... cold, gloomy and rainy in late May.  Dear Mother Nature, it's spring, not winter!  Hmmf.

I need sun.  I need the heat. 

Oh well, guess I'll continue to stuff my face.  Mmmm soup - good.

my girl is starting a new chapter in her life, a new adventure.  i'm so sad to see her leave, but know i will see her again.  there are no goodbyes, just see you later.

Sienna and I have registered for the 18th Annual Doggy Dash to support the SPCA. 

The Doggy Dash raises much-needed funds to help the SPCA care for the more than 13,500 homeless animals annually.  Funds raised through the Dash help the Sacramento SPCA provide free and low-cost spay/neuter for more than 20,000 animals, humane education for more than 7,000 children, over 10,000 low-cost vaccinations to keep pets healthy, and thousands of happy endings for both homeless animals and their adoptive families.
