glimpses from the week 6.4 - 6.10.

1. back in NJ for work.  they gave my last room away so i'm in this one for the duration of the trial. great orange couch.   2. aunt tina's pizza from the hotel restaurant.   3. chess anyone?!  checkmate. hanging in the lounge.  4. i'm definitely going to need to work off this salad... bacon!!!   5. view from the treadmill... sweat is just fat crying! the hotel gym is keeping me sane.   6. missing my niece and nephew. thankfully my mama sends me photos all the time.   7. spanish coffee - perfect combination of coffee & alcohol. amazing dinner and evening with my bosses and co-counsel at Spanish Tavern in NJ.  i also had the paella valenciana, banana cheesecake and of course, good wine.   8. jumping on the bed cause i wanna.   9. breakfast spot.  love looking out at NY.  so close, but so far away. still hoping to make it there before i return to cali.   10. sliders and beers with one of my bosses. hilarious night. long story, short - a bottle of tarter sauce exploded all over me from head to toe. ruined my jcrew sweater, but worth all the laughs.   10. i finally got some pancakes.  honey cinnamon.   11. shopping for the war room again.  working hard for the money.

1. mimosas and pool time with friends on memorial day   2. packing again - hate it   3. left denver an hour late due to bad weather in newark, but i really didn't mind because I had my own little tv on the plane. finally watched the vow and two other new releases.  luv united economy plus... thanks boss.   4. after circling newark in the air, for what seemed like hours, we were sent to cleveland until the backup at newark was resolved. goodbye cleveland   5. my cute hotel room   6. the war room at a quiet moment   7. nummy nummy! lunch at the hotel restaurant   8. new jersey district court - trial   9. traveling back to cali for the weekend. no delays on the return which was great, but flying on a super small plane from SF to sac freaked me out.  yep, my eyes watered up during takeoff.  almost had a panic attack   10. off the plane and straight to sushi with dids   11. awww he really did miss me   12. at a vineyard in pleasanton for kristin's wedding    13. on our drive to the vineyard   14. women's fitness festival with the girls and lil hunter.  such a fun event   15. breakfast after the run   16. had a little scare on sunday after the run.  very grateful for the ER docs and nurses, but hate being at the hospital... my ryan is ok.

1. sometimes you just need a little mac n cheese.   2. i don't think mieka likes her new toy much. 3. that's my chair, sienna!   4. working on my 30th birthday crafts now since i'll be in new jersey for a few weeks.   5. while i'm at work the doggies are playing poolside. love mieker's happy face.   6. cheers to a great beer named "bad ass".   7.   sauna time in a tahoe cabin. detoxing.   8. pear dessert by tonnnay.   9. i forgot my tri-pod again.  temporary camera stand.   10. spending time with friends at fire n' ice.  one of our favorite spots in tahoe.   11. heavenly donuts. fantastic.   12. how great is this ceiling?!  another amazing trip for ryan's birthday/memorial day weekend.

1. yes, this is how i eat bell peppers.   2. i even go to the store on my scooter.   3. fresh ingredients make all the difference.   4. pasta salad for dinner.   5. those eyes.   6. a lil frill on my pencil skirt.  new skirt from zara.   7. salad date with my jovy at crepeville.   8. spent saturday morning and afternoon doing yard work. luv it!   9. felt like a fishy.  logged in a few hours of swimming.   10. looks like it's sienna's nap time.  passing out on the soccer ball.   11. date night at tuli with dids.   12. while on one of my runs this past sunday i saw these amazing shadows caused by the eclipse.   13. tacos and my new pink&orange serving tray.   14. currently obsessed with an all-purpose cleaner. lime+sea salt.  i can't stop cleaning.

organizing my closet has always been a challenge.  i have clothes in my bedroom closet, in a long dresser, and in our "closet room."  below are before and after photos of the closet room.  it feels so good to be more organized.  

i hope to tackle the dresser next.

glimpses of the week 5/7 - 5/13.

1. filled up my scooter for the first time.  woot woot $4.12!   2. zippers everywhere.  new work dress.   3. off to work I go.   4. @the movies.  went to see Avengers last Wednesday.  it was a nice way to break up the week.  the movie definitely did not disappoint.  hulk SMASH!  i can't wait to see it again.   5. donated blood at Ryan's company's annual blood drive.   6. ended up donating blood at the same time as a few of our friends (Super + Sully). i was in tears from laughing so hard. one minute i'm laughing and then next i feel faint.  haha.  i blame the boys.   7. take out from 33rd bistro.   8. relaxing after a long day at work. drinks always taste more fabulous when in a mason jar.   9. mieka and i had a difficult time making it to bed one night.  crashed on the couch.   10. after a full day of eating healthy... this happens.  ice cream from leatherby's. and yes, i ate the whole thing myself.   11. went to a birthday party on Saturday.  cookie monster cupcakes were adorable.    12. such a lovely day at the lake.   13. seafood cobb at the porch.   14. mother's day ring arrived.   15. homemade card for my mom. i love being crafty.   16. lunch celebrating my mom. cheers.  xx
