By far the most memorable experience of the trip was swimming with Flipper and his crew… 70+ dolphins (not in captivity)... AMAZING

yep, that's the black pearl. this ship was used as the black pearl in pirates of the caribbean II, III and IV (which will be released in May 2011).

meaty.

i tried this <recipe> last night.  i'm usually not a huge fan of meaty sauces, but this was pretty good! 

minor changes:  doubled the amount of garlic, additional can of tomato sauce instead of the broth, and fresh basil instead of dried. 

annnnndd it's short.

the lovely karli @ amithyst salon did an amazing job cutting/coloring my hair.  i couldn't be happier. 



annnnndd here's mieka.  i figured she needed a cut too! so last sunday i dropped her off at the doggie spa for the full treatment.  and 5 hours later... she was a puppy again.  hehee

Yep, I’m changing my hair again.  Shocking, eh?!
