I had the great pleasure of co-hosting my good friend's baby shower.

Mission:  Make 60 cupcakes in the a 1960s oven.

It bakes 12 cupcakes at a time.

Last Tuesday.

Five Guys & Your Mom won yet another championship game.  G went with me to support and cheer for the guys.  Oh, and help me drink a pitcher of beer.  Always an entertaining game.

New Venues

We had a GREAT time Wednesday night checking out 2 new venues downtown, Dive Bar and District 30. 

Mermaids at the Dive Bar.

Interior - brick, wood, velvet/suede couches and crystal chandeliers.  Luvs the decor, and with drinks at $7 a pop, I will definitely frequent this spot.

District 30

Ryan and I were invited to be their first guests in that night.  We got a little sneak peek before the club officially opened.  D30 did not disappoint!  Good layout, friendly staff, awesome music.

Korean BBQ

I love all types of food, which makes it hard to decide on what to eat every night.   

As usual, I couldn’t make up my mind last Thursday so I let Ry make the important decision.  Korean BBQ.  This was our first time at Oz and I was very excited to try something new.  All you can eat, grill-it yourself Korean BBQ.  We received an assortment of sides and 5 different meats to grill.  The meats were fantastic, very favorable and tender.
